Short and in plain language: what we receive through this website, what we use it for and how long we keep it.
What we receive
Only what you fill in yourself: in the project request, the showroom form, the architects form or the service request. Usually your name, email, phone, postcode and what you tell us about your project.
What for
To handle your request, call or email you back, and plan an appointment or visit. No newsletter without your explicit consent, and we never sell your details.
How long
Requests that do not become a project are deleted after twelve months. For clients, we keep the details while the installation is in our care and as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can always ask which details we hold, have them corrected or deleted. Email us and we reply within a month.
